One-2-One training
One-to-One training allows a completely
individualized program of exercise to be tailored to your goals and needs. Usually one hour, you have a private facility to yourself and a qualified trainer to coach you and support you on your fitness journey. Nutritional advice is also provided with this service to give you the greatest chance to achieve your goals.
Small Group Training
Small group training is perfect for busy people who want to make exercise part of their routine.
Groups of up to four people work together for an hour to complete a fun and demanding workout that changes to keep them on their toes, adapting and improving.
